The Team

Robyn Valmadre – Partner

An award-winning project sales and marketing specialist, Robyn has more than 25 years’ experience in property development. Beginning her career as a lead generation and conversion specialist, Robyn has made it her purpose to truly understand the customer, resulting in her extraordinary ability to craft a customer centric-journey and deliver an exceptional experience.

Heading up project marketing and sales teams for industry leaders including Villa World and Sunland Group, Robyn is accomplished in leading transformational change and building high-performance teams. Career highlights include almost tripling sales for Villa World, eclipsing all previous sales records to deliver a new benchmark of 1,678 residential sales in FY2018/19.

Directing sales and marketing strategy for more than 100 residential property development projects across Australia, Robyn also draws on her extensive international experience, selling and marketing a range of apartment and turn-key housing developments in Asia.

Robyn holds a full Queensland and NSW Real Estate Licence, is a Corporate Real Estate Licensee and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She was a finalist in the Telstra Business Women’s Award – Queensland Medium & Large Business, won the 2019 Leadership Award for Women in the Real Estate Industry, and earned the 2019 Overall Inspirational International Women’s Day Leadership Award.

Gavin Power – Partner

With more than 25 years’ experience in all facets of residential property development and sales, Gavin combines his extensive construction industry knowledge with his sales and marketing expertise to deliver exceptional results.

A specialist in land only developments and completed turnkey projects, Gavin has led, directed and coordinated sales and marketing for more than 100 projects across Queensland and Victoria. Managing national record-breaking sales teams for Villa World for over eight years, Gavin has driven the strategy and execution of Villa World’s significant expansion into the land-only space.

Highly skilled at forming and nurturing strategic partnerships builders, Gavin has vast experience working closely with both boutique and national organisations, that include Metricon, Simmonds, Coral and Plantation. Playing a pivotal role in managing the developer/builder relationship from project commencement through to handover, Gavin also acts as a conduit between developers, builders and sales agents, providing an integral gateway into retail sales channels.

Gavin holds a full Queensland Real Estate Licence and is a registered Victorian estate agent, which is mutually recognised in Queensland.

Richard Mier – Partner

Delivering high-performing agency and client-side marketing projects for over two decades, Richard’s career spans a period of continual change and growth in this space. Bringing together his passion for marketing, consumer psychology and property, Richard is adept at designing and creating impactful brand experiences.

Beginning his career as a marketer with a leading advertising agency in Perth, Richard went on to create and execute winning strategies for a property specialist marketing agency based on the Gold Coast. He made the leap from agency-land to client-side in 2013, joining the Villa World team as National Marketing Manager. Here, working amidst amazing mentors, Richard gained experience that is akin to attaining a PhD in property marketing.

During his time at Villa World, Richard played a pivotal role in the company’s brand transformation. Working closely with industry-leading partners, Richard steered their marketing direction, developing their branding, digital content and customer-centric strategy.

Harnessing his industry expertise, knowledge and skill, Richard provides a full marketing solution, from strategy through to execution.

Michael Xanthos – General Manager - Sales

Michael brings to You&i, an extensive background in sales and project marketing powered by an infectious passion for property. The diversity of his knowledge gained from a decade in the vibrant Victorian residential sectors has earned him a reputation as a ‘can do’ property professional, perfectly equipped to manage the constantly evolving industry landscape.

Michael’s skill in producing and implementing highly effective sales strategies and assisting with project feasibilities and forecasting is renowned. Yet achieving exceptional sales outcomes through an intimate understanding of the customer’s unique needs is his true mantra. An approach which saw him settle an unprecedented 714 properties during Victoria’s well documented 6 month COVID lockdown.

Michael’s innate people skills combined with his outstanding dedication to working tirelessly for his clients, has helped deliver an enviable track record in sales, built high performance sales teams, developed extensive builder networks and facilitated positive outcomes for developers and project marketers.

Kade Hoy – Senior Sales Consultant

Kade Hoy is a property professional with over 20 years of experience in project marketing. As a third-generation agent, Kade brings a deep understanding of general real estate practices, project marketing, and off-the-plan sales to the You&i team. With over 15 years working for public and private companies, Kade excels in managing multimillion dollar developments from inception to settlement.

Having successfully sold over 1000 properties, Kade’s expertise lies in aligning offerings with target markets both locally and offshore. His strategic marketing knowledge has been honed over 22+ years as a licensed agent, which underscores a commitment to professionalism and ethical practice. Kade takes pride in sharing his unparalleled insights, results and drive with his customers and the You&i team.

Today, Kade brings his wealth of experience to the You&i to manage sales directly to the consumer and through his vast network of business relationships.
