Developed by Buildcap, Marine Quarter is a stunning twin tower design with 263 apartments in an iconic position on the edge of water and Broadwater Parklands on the Gold Coast. You&i joined the Buildcap team late in 2020 after 25% of the project had been sold. Starting with a brand refresh and new marketing strategy, You&i developed a successful sales and marketing strategy that took Marine Quarter to over 200 sales by May 2022. You&i are engaged by HB Land to manage the marketing and sales of The Pocket at Collingwood Park in the south-west of Brisbane. The Pocket comprises over 200 homesites in an established community surrounded by existing amenities and a close-knit community. You&i worked with HB Lands’ preferred creative agency to develop a brand and marketing strategy that has positioned The Pocket as highly desirable ‘Position Perfect’ community. The You&i sales team then implemented a sales strategy that has seen all stages to date sell out within weeks of each release.
